Psychic

Dr. McGorgeous agrees with my assessment. There is a greater than 90% chance he needs to break my bone, but he said he will put a camera in and look around just to be sure. And then he told me to plan for the bone breaking. I'm glad I had an extra week to look at the CT scan myself and come to terms with this before hearing that.

  2. Hi Elaine,

I'm very worried about your infection! Have you called the Dr to let him know what is going on? I know it is Sunday, but they always have an after hours answering service that can page him and tell him things like this. Please, please, if you haven't called already call right now. This has been going on for a few days and you need antibiotics as soon as possible. If your Dr doesn't have an answering service, go to the emergency room. And please keep me updated! I'm thinking about you...

  4. Hi Elaine,

I am keeping my fingers crossed that the antibiotics you're on now will take care of it. I needed IV antibiotics after last August's surgery.....I hope you don't get to that point! Take care of yourself and get lots of rest. I'm hanging in there...lots going on between work, end of the semester finals and surgery 3 weeks from today!
